Calculating NPS(NET PROMOTER SCORE)

Promoters: Those Who respond 9 to 10 score.

They are satisfied with company and give referrals to other potential customers

Passives: Those Who respond 7 to 8 score.

They are satisfied but not promote the company

Detractors: Those Who respond 0 to 6 score.

The unsatisfied customers.

How it works?

Whenever the customers order is created we ask them for the rating from 0 to 10 via email. Once they click on any rating, we take them to survey form where they can provide addition information regarding their feedback.
